Terms & Conditions for Loyalty Cards in NI
These terms and conditions apply to the Ground Espresso Bars Limited Loyalty Cards and govern the relationship between you, the customer, and us at Ground Espresso Bars Ltd.
Obtaining the Card
Your card is issued by Ground Espresso Bars Limited and remains our property. Only one card can be registered to the name of each individual. For quick registration in store we will require the full name, email address and post code of each customer in exchange for the Loyalty Card. By registering your card you are consenting to us using your information to contact you with news updates and information, unless you wish to opt-out.
The Points System
To earn points, present your card at the time of purchase. Points accumulate with each purchase and your cumulative points balance will be detailed on your receipt. Your points balance will be shown on your receipt after each purchase. If you do not present your card at the time of purchase, you may still claim your points by providing your receipt no. and loyalty card no. by email to email@example.com. (This does not apply to stores in ROI).
For every pound you spend on our full range of hot and cold drinks, we will reward you with ten points, each point being worth a penny. These points can then be redeemed against future purchases of any food, drink or retail items within our stores.
Cards may not be exchanged or refunded for cash. Points earned may not be redeemed against the purchase of gift cards nor any of the items in our on-line shop. You may cancel your card at any time but will lose the right to redeem all unused points.
Please take care of your card. Should your loyalty card be lost or stolen, we can replace the card but you may lose any points you have earned. It is only possible to recover your points if you registered your card with an email address. In this event please email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We assure you that your information will not be passed to other companies for marketing purposes. We are committed to maintaining security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
We are not liable for any defaults resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.
